One year doesn't make you relevant in the world of college sports. Now if you had said "Arkansas is still a track school", I'd probably agree with you.

They're kind of a nothing sports school right now. They're very rudderless. They're definitely not a football school and no one pays attention to track & field.
They're competitive in baseball.
