In fact, as a hog fan, I enjoy the ole miss series or LSU. Most of the time the games are super competitive no matter how good one or the other is. Texas coming in is a plus because the hate hogs have for horns runs deep. The mizzou Arkansas battle line trophy is the dumbest thing ever

You aren’t one.
The general consensus was to get rid of our game and replace us with OU to form a rivalry when those projected pods came out from the Arkansas fanbase.

I don’t mind mizzou. I think we have a pretty good basketball rivalry. I don’t get how the football game is so one sided but kudos to y’all there. I do think the trophy is dumb

there is nothing unique about mizzou. you have the same mascot as half the fricking conference. you have the same football stadium as multiple high schools in texas. you have the same insecurity as aTm. the only thing you do that nobody else does is decorate with painted rocks.

But, let us be honest, no one in either fan base, unless we are bored and looking for something to troll about, gives one rat's arse about this rivalry. If we win... great. If we lose... well darn it.
There is no heat, no hatred. It is two states, who mostly get along really well, stuck in a rivalry that neither cares about.
Arkansas would much rather finish the year playing LSU in football. Mizzou would much rather finish the year playing Kansas in football.

Maybe just maybe because the East has been a joke most of those years. Getting better now, at least you have a couple decent teams.
