Me too.
If I was a coach in the SEC I go there as much as possible "for crootin' " too. If single may even go sleezin' with Freshwater and coach who fricks player's girls. I'm just reporting on our honest take on Sam Carter. No judgement off the field. On the field was aight. Decent.

I'd expect nothing less from our friends in the Ozarks.

Oozing judgement. That's a pretty bad situation if true though.

Who knows. Sounds like he's not well liked by some of the players and assistants...according to fan gossip. Odom seemed to like him.
I didn't even know who he was until Foucha and Brooks hit the Portal and gossip got out.
If he was at Mizzou with Odom then he had some good secondary there.

Reminder.- 2 years of coaching were the last 2 years, before that he wasnt coaching. So, he's young and has potential but isnt an experienced position coach by any stretch.

Congrats Ole Miss, but he does have some deficiencies as a DB coach.

Was he a good on the field coach? I think we've been poor in the defensive backfield for years. Seems like we've improved slightly, but....

Hopefully the entire Ole Miss fanbase isn't this dumb... doesn't like working with Coach Pitt? lol

I am indifferent, or was until i jumped on a twitter cloud link earlier. Two of our players who went to LSU were on, as was a current player, his father, and several past players. Carter wasn't liked at all evidently.
Coach Carter showed up for like 30 seconds.

So now, Congrats... Like I said yesterday. I like Kiff hope you do well except against us. 1/1 thus far. WPS!

Ole Miss got them a good one from the sounds of it.
From what I gathered from the Twitter deal tonight, Carter is a great recruiter but an absolute POS as a coach.

This pretty well sums things up I think. If he had stayed, fine. If he left, okay.
Our secondary had some really good games... and some absolutely horrible ones.
I hope he does well at Ole Miss but I'm not exactly shedding tears over him being gone. Be interesting to see who we poach to replace him.

Would be strange for him to leave after the transfer DBs we've just landed
