Looks like the ref thought the motion looked weird so he called a carry. How can you carry or double dribble if the ball doesn't go back on the ground? Need a rules expert to explain it. He didn't call travel. He called a carry.

Oh I thought he called a travel, so I take back what I said, it was a horrible call. Definitely wasn't a carry whatsoever.
