Are you suffering from a concussion from taking too many balls to the chin?

Maybe part of the job is identifying and recruiting raw athletic ability and developing it into a complete QB package.

He lost his starting job at Boise State. They didn't mind letting him go. Let's not pretend he hasn't improved greatly in the two years BP has had to work with him. He misses a lot of wide open receivers, as in doesn't throw to them or see them. His accuracy has certainly improved.
