hopefully you just play an a-hole on the internet
Dude played MLB baseball and probably lived in a gated community. You act like he took him 30 miles into the country and dropped him off with no shoes or water lol.

I'm not going to call you a snowflake because that meme is played tf out.
However, it's pretty soft to get upset about that scenario. There was a ball left outside so the message was clear. If you want to chase your dream you do it by getting extra work in - not by coming inside to play video games and cry. His father was probably watching from the living room and making sure nothing went wrong.
My parents would probably be arrested for child abuse under your guidelines. I was "forced" outside during the summer. I wasn't allowed to come back in until the yard was mowed and picked up. Same thing during the fall. I had to go outside to split and stack wood. Nothing wrong with teaching work ethic.

I find it funny that we're judging someone's parenting skills based on 15-20 seconds of unverified commentary during a basketball game.

I need to apologize. I saw the replay again
Yeah. That could definitely be a flagrant foul. I don't have a problem with that call

Uhh yeah. Definitely could be a flagrant foul. When you wrote the following, I thought you were fricking nuts.

This flagrant one crap is terrible. In that situation you better have a broken arm to make that call.
I still think Arky wins. But that is cheap as hell
Anyone who justifies that is a blind homer. Period

By definition, it was definitely a flagrant.
I didn't watch, only listened on Westwood One since I was traveling. They had no issue with it being a flagrant and they were non biased radio guys. One was former Gtown HC John Thompson.
Only when we got to our hotel in Nashville and I clicked on articles, or read a few posts here did I see that some had issue with it.
