How do you call a block there. He clearly flopped, so could see a play on. Refs might be reffing the scoreboard right now.

He was falling backwards, so the ref I guess believed he wasn’t set long enough

He was falling back meaning his feet wasnt set.

He was falling backwards, but his feet did not move. Probably a play on because of the flop, but not a block. Not that its a huge deal.
