Allen in at QB opens up both the passing and running game
The offensive stats from this game only prove that Derby is terrible. No reflection on the RB's whatsoever

What I don't get is why we aren't trying to get to the edge instead of running straight up the gut with 9 in the box. Sure Derpy can't throw at all but at least try to stretch the field horizontally a bit with the running game.

Agreed. Rutgers is giving us the pass whenever we want it and are just crashing on the run every time. Derby is zero threat to beat them with the pass.

Just got home, turned on the game. Do Collins and Williams have 100 yds yet?
ETA: I kid I kid.. I knew Rutgers would be a game. It'd probably be different with your starting QB. As it is now, they can stack the box and watch the LB herp and derp.
