So, let me see if I got this straight.
Tebow can celebrate how great he himself is for 30 seconds after a 3 yard run for a 1st down, no flag.
A Florida LB can come up and stand over an opposing QB, who was tackled by NO EFFORT of said LB, taunting him as he's getting up, no flag.
But this flag is typically thrown on anyone else.
Do I have that right?
