SC is out-rebounding Ark 24-13, including 8 offensive rebounds, that's probably a key stat for the score of this game.

No one compares the football team to the '64, '77, '88, '89, or '98 teams there is a common theme to those teams but no one ever expects a coach to meet that expectation because there is a reasonable consideration that circumstances are always different.
Yet in basketball it is always why isn't it 91-95 results every year, its fricking retarded and a sign from casual fans as you always see them bitch about "why do we suck" or "yep, we suck again" right after bowl season ends...

That's the nature of the beast. You reach the mountain top, that's where you want to go the next time up the mountain. You don't want to stop 3/4ths of the way up.
Those teams set the high water mark and it's what we hired Mike Anderson to do, which in and of itself a crazy expectation and will only set the fanbase up to be dissapointed.
Expecting a coach to reach the top is not bad. Expecting him to do so by year 2 is.

I have no expectations like that. I just want to win more than one SEC road game a year, at this point.
