A strong argument could be made either way. Perhaps college kids are dorkier nowadays or perhaps we are just older. Your thoughts?

Both. It’s because schools are so much tougher to get into now. More nerds.

You say this at a time with the highest percentage of kids that get into college than don't?

Isn’t that because most jobs require degrees now?

South Carolina’s admission standards have gotten much higher
And the acceptance rate has gotten much lower

I don't necessarily know about "dorkier" but college kids definitely look snitchier looking and stiffer than they used to.

Also one theory is that SEC schools are more difficult to get into now like the other guy on here said, 20 or 30 years ago a lot of these big flagship colleges would be considered "nerd schools."

Anecdotally, there's no way you can watch THIS video and tell me that college kids aren't snitchier looking and stiffer and dorkier than back in the day, however...

They all stare at phones all day, definitely dorkier, no human relation skills.

Dorkier.

They listen to that mumble-rap shite that sounds like they got five big marshmallows in their mouth.

I’m 46.
