Apropos of the LSU situation, I have the perfect solution.

Do away with any and all references to Louisiana State University..aka LSU.
My proposal is this : LaneSU
Lane the egomaniac would love it. All the LaneSU folks still gloating over stealing a coach from Mississippi would love it. Think of the marketing money to be made here ! Throw in a tiny bit of powder blue and tomato red on the new jerseys just as an extra dig.

Changing Tiger Stadium to Lane Monte Kiffin Stadium might be too much too soon. We'll see.

This could work next year. For now, they are 75U. Enjoy it while it lasts because they are gonna be much better going forward. We all need LSU to be great again. Pediatric cancer patients are counting on it
