Anyone ever use Ticketmaster mobile ticket transfer before?

I thought my mobile tickets had arrived but it was just an email confirming the purchase. The order status says still in process. Am supposed to recieve them by email by the day of the event it says.
So I'm just supposed to drive down to Winder today and hope my tickets arrive like promised
frick ticketmaster. They have zero customer support.

No. I'm always scared of hidden fees. It's okay though because my president said he is cleaning this up and I will have more savings each month in my pocket now.

wtf are you talking about. I have already paid for my lodging. I'm wondering if anyone else here has had a similar experience. Surely they will be sent by midnight today.

I can't believe how shitty and non existant their customer service is. Am beginning to feel like I threw that money into a trashcan or something.

Yes it says will be delivered by November 5th.
I bought them a week ago though so it's annoying to say the least. I like having everything well prepared before i do anything.

I’ve done this for concerts before, no issues.
I’m assuming you bought the tickets directly off ticketmaster? Don’t get scammed on Craigslist or Facebook.

Hmmm. I guess when i wake up tomorrow they will have been sent. Just seems a bit odd for some reason.
Would suck to drive all the way down to Winder then not recieve my ticket. Will just hope for the best i suppose. Have emailed them multiple times to only recieve an auto generated reply.

Are you using the app on your phone, if not get the app open your account, I bet they'll be there. If you're using it log out and back in.

I just was able to get a reply on twitter from ticketmaster. They said they reached out to the seller and i should be receiving an email from UGA containing my ticket today.
No idea why it takes so long and cuts so close to right before the event.
