I heard rumors of the such. Haven't seen anything official (news release, etc). If so, then we signed the thugginest safeties of the recruiting season, that's for damn sure.

I've heard another rumor. It's worse than a DUI too. I can't confirm, so I'm not going to spread it.

If he did get a DUI, I don't see why he should have any more punishment than Dixon is going to get from Mullen.

That's right, at least OUR coach only let's you off for "minor" things like underage drinking and public intox.

He got a dui but the other stuff is got overblown in the rumor mill.

Those are minor things. I thought the punishment was justified in that case. I was just laughing at Mallet being a huge tool.

Dixon was smart by refusing to blow in the breathalyzer and refusing all field sobriety tests. They have no evidence that he had been drinking that day. He is fighting it in court and looks like he may win is why no punishment has been announced yet.
The empty wine bottles in the backseat are now irrelevant because the cop either forgot to or just didn't write out a citation for them. Looks like he may not be charged with anything. He's got a really good lawyer from Jackson.
