Any SEC team that you're glad you usually play early in the season?

For me I'd say Arkansas, we usually play them semi early. The last few years they have definitely been a much better team later in the year.

I wished we could get either Alabama or Arkansas within the first 4 weeks of the season or so.. Arky always starts off sluggish and then heats up around mid season.. And Alabama usually finds themselves and firing on all cylinders by the time they face LSU every year.

We like to play Bama early on. They have trouble recruiting QB's and don't want them to improve throughout the season.
We don't like to play Arky later on. Most of their players are missing an average of 4 teef and our boys can't stop laughing.

Georgia.

More players suspended, etc.

Arkansas > State
So of course Birmingham Alabama schedule makers give lsu the greater opponent and Bama the lesser opponent the second week in november

The real reason is because you know you'd get your shite pushed in if you played us in late October or November.

quote:Oh, really? Well that's just too bad for Tennessee. Looks like you guys can expect another 11 straight losses to UF since the game will always be early in the season. Poor VOLS.
