Herb Hand does not have true backups at any OL position. Instead he has next play at up / 6th man on the OL. If any player gets hurt the 6th man comes in regardless of position, even if it means shifting the OL around.

Yesterday our RT gets hurt and Hand moves our Center to RT and 6th Man Casey Dunn plays Center.

Tell me we are the only team stupid enough to do this.
