My great-grandmother grew up speaking French. I never heard her speak it though. She was beaten for speaking French in school, so she stopped.

My wife's grandmother is from a little town about 30 minutes outside of Baton Rouge, and her sisters all still speak a little French to each other.

My grandmother and her generation all still spoke Isleno Spanish. There are also not very many creole Spanish people that still speak Spanish either.
