I've only been to Bama (twice) and Texas.

Bama was great both times. Friendly jabs exchanged all around campus, which is awesome imo. fun trip

Texas was weird. UT fans had this inferior look on their faces and we were next to some assholes in the stadium. Overall not bad really, just little brother syndrome.

I'll be at Florida this upcoming year and I've heard Florida fans are the most confrontational

Texas Tech fans can be some mean bastards, with no regard for human life

Southern Cal fans really are as arrogant in person as you might imagine.

Surprisingly enough, West Virginia fans were very courteous and had a lot of southern hospitality before our game in Morgantown in 2013. After kickoff, a switch flipped and they turned to fricking hating our guts haha. Fun people though. My dad and I were offered moonshine from a complete stranger with nothing but overalls on leaving the stadium. True story.

I have not been to a ton of away games, and I'm not going to any games now, but LSU was a fun trip. The people there were great and I got invited to eat at so many tailgates that I could barely walk into the stadium. I had a great time there.

I have only been to road games at UF, Tennessee and Vandy. I haven't had any bad experiences with opposing fans at all. The worse thing I have to say is that Neyland Stadium is not all it's cracked up to be. It's poorly designed in terms of getting to your seat. I was on a 32 seat row and there was only one way in or out because the row was closed at one end. So if you are in seat 32, you have to cross 31 seated people to get out or in. If you are in seat 1 you have to constantly move throughout the game to let 31 frickers cross over you to get in or out. Also, an interesting thing about that 32 seat row was that you could see the tape/stickers that marked each seat 1-28 had been pulled off somewhat and new tape/stickers for seats 1-32 put down. So I think what they claim is a 102,000 seat stadium is actually maybe 98,000 seat stadium with an extra 4,000 crammed in.

Been to all, except South Carolina,Texas A&M &
Kentucky over the years and no real bad experiences
anywhere---seated near some really irritating,
knuckle-dragging drunks a few times but that's
just the luck of the draw. Overall, fans are the
same, with just enough traditions and subtle
differences to keep it interesting.
