BCS is just a wasteland to be honest. I shamefully was involved with some A&M whores this past summer, I’m from the area. I crashed out at the Cottages one night a couple months ago, woke up to a dozen police cars outside. Apparently a couple drug dealers had a Mexican stand off and killed each other in the street. It’s still a backwater pasture of a town, but the culture of the city has changed since I was a kid.
