Right exactly. I think it will be a very interesting match up and I'm sure Arnold will connect on a few big ones here and there but overall... that's a matchup problem that you can't just ignore. If it was in Neyland though, I'd give Oklahoma zero chance in this game.

Oklahoma only beat UCF by two points last year and lost to Oklahoma State despite having an established oline.

Also had very close games with Kansas and Rutgers.

And yet LSU fans are telling me we will get our teeth kicked in. I wouldn't be surprised to see us make this game look easy honestly.

I expect them to commit many false starts and off sides penalties when we play.

And Arnold threw three picks against Arizona last year. I think it's pretty safe to say Vols dline will feast this game.

I don't see Nico ever throwing 3 picks in one game... especially against a Pac 10 opponent.

Don't give me that mindless "it was all Milton's fault" horseshite.

Your "vaunted and dominant Oline and Dline" were no-shows against anybody with a pulse.

You dominated a bunch of poverty programs and got cornholed by anybody with a pulse on the ground, through the air, or sometimes both.

And your SEC champ last year gave up what was it? 49 sacks? And yet they still won your league. You should've had a field day with that Oline. And before you say anymore nonsense, Milton had 1 fumble and Milroe lost 1 fumble and 1 INT in that game.

I've already said this many times... we were not very good last year. Our offense was always out of of sync because of one player. Anyone in the top 25 had no excuses for losing to us. Our offense was only running at maybe 30 percent of full capacity.

Our dline has solid for two years now so I'm not even going to entertain your BS.

Milton screwed over us over every big game many many times. 138 yards on the ground for for Bama with one of if not the most shifty dual threat QBs in the nation last year is a more than fair number.

You are sitting here talking about us against Bama without a functional QB while your D got abused by teams like UCF last year.

You aren't in the little leagues anymore Oklahoma.

Why don't you tell me more about your amazing interception machine QB because he's looking overrated asf the more i watch tape on him.

Yeah, the anonymous guy made this comment..

And that is exactly what OU did. They portaled in several guys. As of now it looks like there will be two or three portal guys starting.

You guys LOST the best O line man that transferred anywhere lol

Maybe I'm just old fashioned like that, but a starting oline developed fresh from the portal doesn't sound ideal to me.

You lost to Kansas, Oklahoma State and Arizona. You actually lost to poverty programs. Even sorry arse Mississippi State beat Arizona. I expect you’ll be good this year and a tough opponent but you don’t have much room to talk

Yes we did.

But we're not the ones on here telling everybody "we gon' fixin' to come dommernate y'all" while blaming our departed QB for some bad losses last year though......now are we?

"we finna come in nar and whoop y'all by twerny one points in Nerman!"

Laughable

The people on here talking shite really aren’t representative of the feeling of our fanbase about the game. It’s not going to be easy for either side. I expect a close result either way. Will your O/line cave in or will our secondary bust? It’s a great matchup between two good teams

I know that. Met y'all before. This GiveHimSix clown is quite the zoo exhibit. Every fanbase has some of those.

The meaningless shite talk on the internet doesn’t do all that much for me. Especially when the games not even happened yet. Something I wonder is if us playing an actual competitive opponent prior to playing you will help or hurt us? I’m pretty sure we are y’alls first opponent capable of actually beating you

NC-State isn't a gimme. I don't think you'll lose that game so I don't see how it could hurt you to be challenged early.

I think it will be a good game as well, but your fellow fan IGiveHimSex thinks it will be a Tennessee blowout.

You better pray to God Tennessee wins this game. I'm sure your quotes are bookmarked heavily. May God have mercy on your soul of you lose.

I'd be willing to bet of Tennessee doesn't win, you will be a no show for the remainder of the season.

That's not true fir all of us. I believe the kine play is stacked too much in our favor and we win either somewhat comfortably or our young QB gets rattled in his first conference road game and it's a low scoring defensive game. Depends on how legit Venerables defense is this year. That's the X factor imo. Oklahoma's offense doesn't scare me at all though.

And please stop with the Joe Milton stats people. Heupel deserved coach of the year for making his stats look good. I have nothing personal against Joe, but he was just not a good fit for our offense at all. Hoping a miracle happens and he foes better at the next level. Likely not but stranger things have happened.

IMO Milton 's biggest problem is overthinking, indecisiveness and no real dawg inside him. Also couldn't read a defense and rarely took off running despite many wide open lajes to do so.. He's just the worst situational awareness QB I've ever seen.

I just think our dline will render you one dimensional. We very well might have the best dline in the nation this year or top 5 at the very least. That's just not a matchup problem that you want for our offense.
