Kansas vs Creighton, tonight at 7 PM CST. Winner plays Arkansas tomorrow.
Who’re we rooting for, Ranters? And would your answer be the same if Angry Kansas Fan had started this thread?
ETA: Arkansas fans, I’d be interested to hear which team you’d rather face tomorrow.

I'm clueless how each team is in their rotation, is it throw your ace on Friday and pray for rain?

I would imagine we’d throw Shea Wendt at KU, yes.

Not sure who I would rather face. I like our bullpen situation. Should be good regardless.

We beat Kansas in football. We beat Kansas in basketball.

I don’t know anything about either of them. I’ll be interested in watching this game though, we could possibly play both sooner or later.
But we won’t see the same pitchers though probably.

Seems like we’ve got a good one…Jays and fake Jays tied at 3 apiece heading into the sixth inning.

I’m rooting for a 21 inning game

No.
The longest game in NCAA baseball history occurred on May 30, 2009, when the Texas Longhorns defeated the Boston College Eagles 3–2 in a 25-inning marathon during the NCAA Austin Regional. This epic contest lasted 7 hours and 3 minutes, setting the record for the most innings ever played in an NCAA baseball game across all divisions.

That’s almost as bad as Quidditch.

KU escapes a bases-loaded jam at the top of the ninth but themselves down, 11-4.
