The whole point is that these same douche bags have an irrational hate for Alabama and it's so obvious it's sickening. They constantly pick against Alabama no matter what. It wasn't a matter of they had a point picking Clemson, it has just become a joke that they use their publicity to hate Alabama in a trend. Putting your profession in the light being biased toward whoever is playing Alabama is unprofessional. Whole point of the post. All those guys have that one thing in common

First off-season melt. I didn't think it would come from a bammer. Strange.

Yes really strange.
Clemson played a great game and so did Bama. No pick was bad.

I love it. I love to hate those motherfrickers. Keep the hate flowing.

One must realize that these folks are just media whores who will say or do most anything to get a fatter and/or longer contract with their companies...it's just show biz for most of them.

Analysts who picked Clemson

And they were right to pick Clemson. Objectively, if Bama and Clemson played 10 times with their current rosters, I'm pretty sure Clemson would win something like 7/10. Bama could not stop Deshaun Watson and his running and passing game. Meanwhile Bama relied on a very unreliable onsides kick and and kickoff return for a TD to win the game. Clemson had 13 more first downs and more passing and rushing yard than Bama. Clemson's offense looked smooth and diverse. Watson improvised on many downs and usually threw with pinpoint accuracy. I did not see any down in which Clemson had to call a time-out due to offensive confusion. Many times Coker/Bama looked confused and disorganized on offense and had to call a time-out to get their act together.

I'm glad that Bama/the SEC got back on the NC winning track but Clemson is the better team IMHO.

You do realize how close they were to being right don't you? This thread is laughable and really makes no sense. I can't believe I am about to say this but congrats to Bama. Played a hell of a game against a team that had no quit in them either. It is a shame that someone had to lose.

Now that I said that, screw you Bama!

Well, Clemson should have won the game - they dominated Bama, except for a couple of fluke plays.

I'll say this one more time. Someone picking Clemson is not anything that is just ridiculous. They are a great team and would be a good pick to win.

If you knew that these analysts consistently dog Alabama on their shows then you'd get the reference in the OP.

Where I think you are dense: Clemson could not stop OJ Howard and Henry when he got in space. I agree that the better team doesn't always win, but it did in this game. Better coach, better talent, more points scored in all phases of the game. Alabama is a better team at all 3 phases of the game. Only thing Clemson has on Alabama is the better running QB. Coker went pass for pass with him when it counted.

This is the truth. No matter how one wants to look at it. They do have a damn horse shoe up their asses no doubt.

Clemson 31 to 18 = First downs
550 to 473 = Total yards
145 to 138 = Rushing yards
405 to 335 = Passing yards

Difference in the game. Clemson TO, Onside kick and two great calls by Kiffin to Howard. Ball busters right there.
