I think Urban and Mullen are cut from the same cloth. would not surprise me if Urban is hired to be on staff at UF under him as an "analyst"

There are a lot of people down Gainesville who say Urban left because shite was about to hit the fan. Lots of skeletons in his closet. I feel like this is just the beginning.

Eh, 4 guys from a tenure of 5+ years. Any program will have 4-5 guys who felt slighted, screwed, etc. I think you could literally do this for almost any program in America.
Urban is clearly a manipulative, psychological poke and prod type of guy (everyone has known that for years).
