And resources mean a lot to a football program's success. It's a bit of a chicken-vs-the-egg situation, but I'm sure there's all sorts of empirical data to back up a correlation between wins and money.

Yep, TN beat us twice in 98 it felt like. To top it off, Nutt suspended our kicker for the State game which had a lot to do with that loss.
