Coming from another non-smoker, I believe the cop should face some sort of charge/fine for this bullshite. Even more so whoever played a part in creating any sort of policy in the police department or law that causes something like this to happen.

Can't argue with that
BUT I would like to see the conference have uniform policies that are the same for everybody
