Info coming in tonight has all but confirmed that Doeren is our new HC.
Of all the possible candidates, this is where we end up. Sexton reportedly offered Kiffin, Tee and Steele as a package deal and UT Admin said no. Fisher reportedly reached out to UT and we refused to come to the table with anything decent... all to hire Doeren after 5 other candidates turned down our offer or even worse, declined to interview altogether.
If this doesn't get an AD fired, I don't know what does.

Out of NC State he's mulling over both offers presented by N.C. State and Tennessee. If he was ours, he would be signed by now as things are only going to continue to get worse the longer it's rumored to be him and dragged out.

He's not an idiot. He's a 'decent' hire.
He certainly has it out for us - not sure we'll see any more recruits jump your state line for Clemson.
