Ummm...
Seriously, athletes get invited based on their personal performance in their weight class. For the championships, they take the top athletes in each weight class across the country. So, what it means is that Mizzou has top level talent in each class.
It would be like a football team having a top 10 player in the country at each position on the field. Not many teams are that good.

Correct.
Virginia Tech has 10 but I don't think the ACC is strong so qualifying there is easier. In the Big Ten Minnesota has 10, Ohio State has 9, Penn State has 9 or 10 and Iowa has a bunch. Oklahoma State has 9 or 10. Those are the heavyweights of college wrestling (sans VA Tech).
