We beat USC and Georgia. You don’t go with what they were ranked at the time you go with where they finished.

USC jr 3-3 vs ranked teams 3-1 > 3-3

Okay all of SCAR losses were to ranked teams

2 of OM’s losses were to the worst team in the SEC and an unranked UF.

How is 3-1 > 3-3 in this scenario?

Make it make sense….

You are right so you all would be 2-0 vs 3-1 so what was your record against teams over .500? They clearly said that was the next thing they looked at.

Because OM beat USCjr head to head. When you have a head to head that matters more. You also lost by 24 to them.

Just like Georgia's two losses were to Bama and OM. If they finish with 2 losses then both would be over Georgia.

But that is my point. The metrics they chose to use were the ones they needed to choose Alabama. Do you honestly think if roles were reversed and USCe got blasted by a shitty Oklahoma team and Bama finished by beating Clemson they wouldn’t have still had a reason to choose Alabama?

SCAR is playing better ball the back half of the year (6-0). Both Alabama and OM are 4-2 the last 6 with 2 unranked losses by Alabama and 1 by OM. I know what the head to head says but SCAR is the better team today in my opinion.

And Auburn didn’t play either OM or SCAR this year.

Yes if SC had won the head to head with Alabama. You’re too emotional to have a reasonable discussion or listen for that matter.

Yes.... let's defend a team that lost to VANDERBILT and OU.

Why not? They are ahead in every measurable metric you can think of.

Everyone predicted it. It’s a joke. Just be happy.
