Georgia is a better team overall and easily wins the QB battle. But who knows what could happen. No matter the score, the Barn will be screaming moral victories from the highest mountain top they played both teams close games and try to hang a banner for it.

I tend to think so too, but never bet against Saban. As much as Kirby has UGA rolling, Saban is still Saban and hard to really count out.

I feel like I heard this exact same sentiment in 2021 after 11-1 Alabama had to face undefeated and seemingly unstoppable Georgia after the tide barely escaped a mediocre 6-6 Auburn in JH with a first-year head coach.
Funny how that SECCG turned out.

This, Saban is a wildcard that can never be discounted. Milroe is going to run wild on that uga defense, but Bama really struggled with the run against AU as well. Also you can always count on Bobo to make a really head-scratching decision at some point, like throwing into the end-zone when your team is running for 8 ypc. I think it’s going to be a real close game that comes down to the very end like usual. Alabama has to be riding high after the 431 miracle.

That Georgia team was more talented but not as deep as this one is and that Georgia team was beat the frick up at the time. A month later they smoked Michigan and Beat Alabama. This team is slightly less talented on the defensive side of the ball but more so on the other side and deeper on both sides...and from all accounts is healthy. Going to be a good one.
