This isn't nearly what you're attempting to make it out to be. Auburn shoots over 37% from three this season (a better mark than bama's season percentage), so the 40% mark wasn't all that much of an anomaly. They've shot 40% or better nine times this season, now ten including today's game.
That rock fight of all rock fights against Tennessee, a 15% performance from three, drives down AU's average a bit. Them hitting 40% from three isn't at all a shocker from this game.

Dude is acting like this is a shooting contest in an open gym and they just shot it bad. You probably aren’t going to shoot “average” when you’re playing a great defense.

we played flat. Our D was out of position all night long. bama does not have the ability to do that against this Auburn team.
