The QB needs to improve his reading of the defense and not panicking like he did several times Saturday night.

There was a couple of times, but when we got to him, it made him think we could do it again. Your OLine still needs some work, but that can be worked out during the season. Same for your DLine. I was a little surprised at how well we ran on them. They seemed to have us locked down and then we would break a long run. It kind of makes me think it was the defensive play that was called, and I didn't expect us to run up the middle as much. Phillips has always been small to run up the middle, and he gained some weight this off season.

I think Bama is a very good but not great team.

I said this last year...I said I did not want to face Ole Miss in the playoffs, and i will say I don't want to face Alabama in the playoffs. It's always a physical game that takes a huge mental and physical toll on the players. I definitely don't want to face Alabama in the SECCG and then again in the playoffs.

They've been that way since they lost a couple of really good players on the DL to injury. If you look at Bama through the Kentucky game, they were much better. After Hill and "Zulu" were lost in the Kentucky game, teams started doing this. On one of Phillips long runs, both Pierre and Greene were out of the game so losing Greene, if he's out for a while will be a huge loss.

Phillips is one of the small but very quick backs who can get lost amongst the big bodies.

I don't want to face Georgia again. I don't see how Alabam could beat them unless they greatly improve especially on defense. I'm kind of negative and don't see how Bama would beat any of the top 4 right now.
