Nate Oates won't be at Bama for much longer

Even if Texas doesn't hire him, a basketball blue blood will.

And it would be poetic justice if we both broke through to the Final Four in the same year, honestly.

Brandon Miller is the kind of guy who can shoulder a team in the tournament. It'd be nice if both teams made Final Four run, but I think that having a bonafide star is more impactful than a remarkably-balanced roster when said roster doesn't have any experience with going deep in March.

From Nate Oats is a mid-major fruit of the month gimmick coach to don't worry about Alabama because somebody will hire their bad arse coach away we promise

Nate Oats is a good coach and really has them executing.

Just look at Darius Miles.

After an in depth analysis, it’s clear that Alabama basketball is far superior to Tennessee

It was almost like you wanted to put the shorthorns and blueblood in some alliance. Good job straightening that out.

The main difference in the two programs is UT fans/admin support the program more than Bama fans do. Wasn’t always that way though.

I'm starting to think a Tennessee fan stole OP's wife.

You’re right

It was actually your wife who did it

I wondered who the woman was that my wife kept bringing home for threesomes. Poor lady said she was unsatisfied at home. Don't worry, she is good now.

All of that to say they are twin basketball programs. We’ve known this for years.

Twins was the word I used a few weeks ago to describe BAMA and Tennessee basketball so yeah. I def. agree.

OP is just perma-rustled about Tennessee. It's weird af what's happened to so many UGA fans this year. With Auburn, Florida, and Tech being down in football they've suddenly decided we're their rival. We're not but it has completely changed my perspective on them and the relationships they have with their real rivals.
