We all get a few bad apples. Remember most of the players do not represent the state or school.
Most players are from out of state.

Miles texted Miller (who was already en route to pick up Miles) that a "n* been fakin'" (threatening) so he needed his "joint" (gun).
He could’ve went “walking” if he had time to wait on his murder accessory.

Clowns like that who get on these boards are actually advertising their illiterate, simple-minded asses to the world.....the old adage about opening ones mouth and removing any doubt..surely applies here.

Yet y’all are claiming defense.
When did preparing for the arrival of a murder weapon become a defensive tactic?
Why didn’t he leave if the other dude’s gun was brandished. Or when other guy says she is already taken?
Keep supporting thug behavior….

I always bring firearms to my friends indicating they're going to get in a scuffle at 1AM

Tuscaloosa’s chief deputy district attorney, Paula Whitley, told AL.com regarding possible charges for Miller: “There’s nothing we could charge him with.”
Birmingham defense attorney Richard Jaffe told The Associated Press that prosecutors would have to prove that Miller knew a crime would occur, and Jaffe hasn’t seen anything to indicate that he had knowledge or intent.
“Without the element of knowledge and intent provable, there’s not really any way legally that he can be held accountable,” said Jaffe, a former Tuscaloosa prosecutor who is not involved in the case. “People cannot be held accountable for someone else’s actions unless they know what they are and intend that criminal activity occur, specifically in this case that a weapon will be used.”

I'm not claiming self defense. But I do expect the defense attorneys will. Why didn't Harris' gunslinging thug boyfriend leave?

Or why did he pull behind Brandon Millers car with the lights off and then shoot two rounds through Brandon’s car. Maybe Brandon should sue him for the damage to his vehicle.
