Bama has played two Top 50 Offenses (CSU and Ole Miss).

You are correct. On offense we have looked extremely mediocre against the only 3 decent SEC defenses we played against. Our defensive line is nowhere near what we have had in the past. They aren't bad but they are not elite. We are down to our third string inside linebacker and third string OLB.

In most cases the team that wins the line of scrimmage also wins the game. The Auburn DL will win the trenches against our OL and maybe a push when our DL is up against the Auburn OL.

What gives me hope in this matchup is that I think Bama has the better coaching staff and we are loaded with multiple 5 star athletes at the skill positions. The game will be won or lost depending on what Jalen Hurts can do through the air. Our sunshine pumping fans will say they have faith in Hurts delivering with his arm but history has shown that he doesn't get it done against good or elite defenses. I hope we can run on that Auburn defense because our passing game worries me.

We shall see I guess. Should be a great game. It is tough to win in Jordan Hare and we always get a motivated tiger team. With championships on the line this game is bigger than most of us realize.

Revisionist history must be fun. Hurts got it done against miss St and LSU with his arm. Those are good defenses not dumpster fire defenses.

He barely hit 50% of his passes against State. He looked good on the final drive hitting receivers that were almost wide open. Didn't do much at all before that drive. Also their defense isn't elite like Auburn is.

You may want to look at his stats from the LSU game because their defense isn't elite either and he did not get it done although our OL didn't give him more than a couple of seconds back there.

Look at his stats over the last 2 years against good or elite defenses and you will see that he usually throws for 100 yards or so and sometimes less than 80 like the FSU game or Washington game last year. If auburn shuts down our running game we are in trouble.

MSU gave up 49 and 31 points to AU and UGA. They are not a good Defense.

We suck. Just hoping we can smoke and mirror our way to a few stops.

Nope. We do have issues when we play average SEC defenses and look much worse against elite ones. You know that if our run game doesn't work that we are in trouble.

Jesus, dude. You guys haven’t been buying #1 classes for a decade so that you can get all passive-aggressive just because many people think your arch rival will win a game against you.

Have a little respect for yourself.

It’s a nice compliment but it doesn’t mean anything.

Just seeing the passive-aggressive shite from fans of a program that does everything possible within (and outside) the rules to stack the deck in their favor is poor form.

You’re better than that.

The score comparing game dsnt hold water either. The changing narrative is tired too. Miss St and LSU focused on stopping the run and he made both of them pay. I don't get caught up in completion percentage bcz alot of those have been drops or throwaways. I look at timely throws in critical moments. LSU always has a tough secondary and miss St is not a bad defense. U said elite and good and both of those are good defenses. Winning the line of scrimmage dictates alot as well as the defense getting off the field. Past performance dsnt dictate what happens Saturday so I'm gonna trust in these players and coaches

Same teams Auburn has except one. Auburn couldn't beat LSU.

Big difference. Auburn was @ LSU while Bama was @ Tuscaloosa. Switch the two and you switch the W/L.

Yea, how could Alabama ever expect to win in Death Valley.

It didn't matter where AU played that game. Auburn got out to a 20 point lead and the Gus went into a shell. LSUs Defense is not that good, but with Gus they didn't have to be.

Interesting you don't understand he was talking about WINS. Not your losses we don't have any of those at this time.

Not only does Bama have the best scoring defense and total defense, but Bama also has the highest scoring offense in the conference. That's right, Bama scores the most and gives up the least amount of points. Now go ahead bet on Auburn because they blew out a flat UGA team. Smart money is on Bama and Saban and only a fool would bet against them.
