So basically it looks like this involves two girls. One girl is a UT student and will likely press charges. The other is a friend of the girl and is a student in Florida and says she wasn't raped and will not press charges.
Another rumor from someone that was around AJ Saturday night says that Johnson was with 6 different women at various times and the girl that's accusing him of rape was one of those six.

Not pressing charges < > not raped, just to be clear. And for fair balance, not pressing charges + rumors < > rape

as a tennessee fan this is unacceptable if true. I do not want someone representing my school who is involved in something like this, if true. But he is also innocent until proven guilty, and this could be a simple case of drunk girl regret the next morning. I have no clue, but i dont want to jump to conclusions

That's a bit simplistic, but sure. They'll also look for signs of restraint or a struggle.
