Gumbo is better than chili IMO but I’d have a tougher time choosing between gumbo and enchiladas.

This is one thing that surprised me when i was going to LSU for for grad school. I don't think i knew anyone growing up that went to private school. Seems like everyone in Louisiana went to private school. So this is an easy one:
Texas school system > Louisiana school system
