Everyone is stating that Aggies schedule is easier because they aren’t playing the top of the league which is true.

However, this will just mean that they will lose all tie breakers if they lose. There’s plenty of one loss teams that will have a ranked win percentage higher than the Aggies will if they lose.

So this gives them essentially no wiggle room at all to make the SEC championship.

So if Texas beats A&M which could happen, they will knock them out of the championship game with one loss.

So while you guys are complaining about schedule of the Aggies and you aren’t wrong, it’s not guaranteed to work out in their favor.

Love seeing you want the SEC championship so bad. Convicting for me because my mindset is who cares as long as we get in the playoffs and get a shot at the natty. Even viewing the SEC championship as a possible negative.

But I can tell you want it, and I admire the SEC pride you have. Shame on me. Good luck to your squad bro.

Don’t get confused. Even if A&M wins a natty they have a long way to go to reach the level Bama has been at. For the Aggies and most of the SEC, the championship is something they need to prove to the world they can accomplish.

So if we don’t make it. It is absolutely a misstep.

I have no issue with your schedule. All you can do is play the games that were assigned to you. I do enjoy the irony that you guys made fun of our schedule last season and now you’re having to deal with the same noise.
All you can do is win the games in front of you if you’re as good as I think you are, you have a shot to win it all. It’ll all play out.

I agree the teams are similar. What will be interesting is which team goes further.

Does A&M make Atlanta like Texas did?
Or do they actually win the SEC?
How far do they go in the playoffs?

I think those are the relevant questions when thinking about A&Ms season compared to what Texas has done.

So if UTAustin beats aTm, and Bama and Georgia wins out, then we will have another rematch in the SEC championship game? I’m fine with playing Georgia again, but it doesn’t make sense to keep having these rematche$ with the 12 team playoff bracket. Pulling for UTAustin today and for aTm to win out.

Your team is good enough to win it all and that’s really all you can ask for. Weird things happen and with how bad officiating has been at times, you never know what you’re going up against, but you have a solid team and that gives you a chance.
The truth is, you’ll really never know what you have until you start playing the better teams in the conference and the playoffs, but everyone has question marks at this point

No sir. Aggies have to win out to go to Atlanta. Their schedule is too weak.

If Texas loses to Georgia and beats A&M OleMiss and Bama would go with Bama having head to head over Georgia.

A&M loses all ties with one loss teams.
