Probably back on ED getting his talking points.

Does it make you angry that none of the violations show any dirty recruiting by Hugh freeze? All that we've heard about is how none of these recruits would have come here if not for dirty recruiting.
I believe your own AD has stated something very different.

Not from me

The only violation out of the big guys from that 2013 class happened over last summer.
No.

Link for that first and last part of your post?
Or are you just going to follow your pattern of general vagueness in hopes that no one called you out?

No I'm not. Just because I'm not naming names in THIS thread does not mean it's vague. 3 recruits are involved in this.
You can be vague if you wish. Was it cash payments - transportation provided by a booster to OM - impermissible benefits such as meals and lodging - was it a new car - grade changing?
Seriously, you don't have to name the 3 recruits involved. You can tell us the nature of the infraction and when and if it comes to fruition we'll all know YOU were right and you'll get all the credit for being in the know.

I don't know if any of our recruits have been interviewed but it very well could have happened and not been part of an investigation. Because that is a big rumor on ED were he gets all his info. But I know that the rumor is Brown, Anderson and Little have talked to the NCAA just like Tunsil, Rob, Tredwell and Conner did leading to nothing.
They can grasp that the NCAA can talk to players and not have it be a double secrete investigation the NCAA is hiding.

Clearly it didn't lead to nothing. They might not have found specifically what they set out to find, but it didn't lead to nothing

Says the program who has 75 days left to respond to a notice of allegations.

he's called everything correctly far in advance thus far and seems like he might actually know what's going on.
They've got all their marbles on a Second Letter.
Breaking: There is no Second Letter. There are no amendments to the First Letter. There is no continuing investigation. It's over. And it all in one letter. And it won't lead to a Show Cause for Freeze.
In short: They regurgitated public statements that there has been an investigation at OM since 2013. This was reported in the media.
But all of the major points about the content, subject, severity, and implications of that investigation? They've been wrong about all of that.

Not really all this is from stuff that started with self reported WBB to NCAA. That is when Saunders came in. The Tunsil stuff from the arrest and step dad. The ended looking in to their recurit meant after Tunsil went to Indy one summer. Those interviews were not part of this. The 4 on Freeze are mostly if not totally things that would not had need a NOA but we're just added in because there was one. Unless anyone can tell me a major violation out of those 4. Bump no, FCA guy No, Recurit in video no and dad spending the night on a coachs couch nope.

quote:Well surely MadamButterfly can give us a little substance on the 3 recruits involved? Involved in what exactly? Were they given impermissible benefits? Were they contacted by OM coaches during a dead period? Did they get a butt phone call from a coach? Did they sleep on a girlfriends sofa during their official visit?

Tell me again....whats the date of the NOA Letter?
Posted on 2/12/16 at 12:05 pm to pankReb
So you aren't referring to the Tunsil conversation that led to something, but a different conversation that led to nothing, just to be clear?

No.. Whatever you are referring to, this isn't who I'm talking about.
Posted on 2/12/16 at 12:10 pm to RT1941
Yeah we all know that isn't going to happen. He would give specifics.

Best I can tell is Jan 29ish. I'm confused as to why y'all are getting so caught up in technicalities.
Whether or not it was during or before Freeze. Whether or not the interviews with Tunsil etc were what led to the eventual findings. Whether or not Mississippi State fans care more about this than their own program.
The fact of the matter is that Ole Miss football is alleged to have committed a number of rules violations, including the most serious, Level 1, offenses (presumably academic fraud). Y'all are going to get punished. Nobody on this website knows how severely.
Posted on 2/12/16 at 12:11 pm to MButterfly
Now I see you just put Brown and not the other two why?
Let me guess no specific keeping it as vague as you possibly can.

1/22/16 is the date I have heard. Also every person I follow that covers ole miss has always said we will get something.

Pay attention to the conversation. We were talking about the NCAA meeting with the big recruits back in 2013 just after signing day. Nothing came from those meetings whatsoever.
I've already stated in this thread that the only thing to come from that recruiting class was the tunsil stuff from this past summer.
