5-7. He's a product of the spread offense. No chance of success according to NFL experts

Who are idiots. Dak will be successful if given time.

Don't expect intelligent answers here.

People are unaware that he's throwing for like 70+ % over the last few weeks and has thrown zero picks this season.

Not sure but it sounds like you think he might be going in first round? If he was a first or second round QB he would have come out last year. The accuracy thing is a great number but that's not all they are looking for in the pros. A throw can be caught but be slightly behind a crossing receiver or slightly underthrown on a deep ball. Both of these are major problems in the NFL.

NFL wants QBs that can go to 3rd read and place balls where only the receiver can get to it. Dak really hasn't shown these things. 70% accuracy is great and he is a great college QB. NFL is looking for more than a 70% accuracy.

Agreed. I see him going in the third day as well. Merlins has a great track record with getting QBs ready for the NFL.

He won't play QB in the NFL

He got a 3rd-4th round draft grade last year- chose to return to go for the 1st round. He will go 3rd round at worst

Good point. Although it's a long shot it is possible he turns out to be a great NFL quarterback. Never really can tell. I'm sure no one thought Brady would be in this position he's in now.

Who else is coming out this year? I'd say Dak is about 3rd-4th rd potential, but might move up if the draft is weak. He's really got to develop his pocket presence (not saying he isn't, just that's what is required). Big, strong and mobile within the pocket will earn points; running is, if anything, a negative (something you'd have to coach out of him).

What I'm seeing from him this year looks good. He's sliding around and keeping his eyes downfield.

Don't care where he goes. Only care what he does for us this season.

3rd - 4th round...maybe later.

He's not much of a passer.
