First and 6 at the goal line and no Eddie Lacy.
this somehow seems familiar......I think I might have heard this argument from UT fans after the BCSNC. "but but our best player was knockd out of the game....we would have won..."
The answer to both is Who knocked your player out.

A&M's offensive line looked dominant against an outstanding Alabama defense. Alabama's line and specifically Barrett Jones got worked over against an average Aggie defense. It was clear whose offensive line played better that game.
Were you one of the "A&M" fans doing a face palm looking lost and wondering what the fuk just happened late in the 4th qtr. because the damn A&M fans sure did get quiet compared to the 1st half.
Meanwhile the Bama fans were like "damn we should've won that game in the end." Knowing that their team only played at about 75% that game and it just wasn't enough to overcome a motivated A&M team and the 21 points they were down by from the 1 qtr. one from a fluke play from JFF catching his own deflected pass and throwing a TD.

Lacy had a concussion

Yes. Not everyone that lives in Hoover is a Bama fan. We LSU fans that live among the Gumps earn our stripes on a daily basis. Lol
I just have the ability to think objectively. Nothing that I said was incorrect. Bama will not be as good up front, but they will still be very good. They play a one game schedule against LSU and that line will gel by then.

The 4th quarter you got outscored in? Why would I be facepalming when my team was playing better?

I could have been on the international space station and still have watched my team play better than Alabama in the 4th quarter.

Don't go for the hook Telefawx. It is the tried and true method of many bammers to ease the pain of defeat. "We played better..we beat our selves...if blah blah blah would have happened" you get the point. They are identical twins to UT only with more hardware.

But I guess you would've been able to see or know this from the international space station.
JMO but maybe they were thinking about what Bama had just done to LSU the weekend before.

quote:No. One fumble against aTm, LSU one was on AJ. Lacy was in on the last series against aTm. Facts, people..
Yeldon had fumbled the ball a few times that game and the LSU game.
Posted on 8/11/13 at 12:56 pm to JuiceTerry
I think Yeldon had another fumble in the the LSU or A&M game but he recovered it for a loss..
Posted on 8/11/13 at 12:59 pm to Legend13
Oh, maybe
was thinking lost fumbles.

Your offensive line will be ok. Saban just doesn't allow them to hold against their own defense. Once they start holding on every play they will be fine

quote:Lost or recovered it's still a fumble.
Oh, maybe was thinking lost fumbles.
Saban doesn't care either way he looks at it the same and I think that's why Bama didn't run the ball all three downs on the 4 yrd line for a TD. JMHO

And the rest of the story is that we won yet another national title while you trailer-dwelling rats fell apart.
3 out of 4 and 49-0. Reality is your worst enemy.
