This was a bold move for a conference with the 5th best team and several schools swimming in red ink.

An incredibly stupid and short-sighted decision that's cost teams and leagues all around the country, including their own.

Well, Alabama fans and the playoff committee.
But I agree. Alabama winning the SEC, playing 5 Top 25 teams, beating 3 teams in the Top 15, including 2 ranked higher than anyone FSU played all year, beating 3 Top 25 teams by 14+ points, and playing a SOS ranked 50 spots higher than FSU…
That’s definitely not deserving, is it?

I have no beef with Bama being selected as the 4th selection. Everyone knows that Bama got in over UGA, not FSU if we're being serious. UGA should be 5.
The only overrated team is Michigan. Big Ten was trash this year and they played nobody. Pac 12 also seemed to have a weak out of conference schedule too.

But Michigan was cheating so they should have been banned from not only the Playoffs but any NY6 bowl. All the committee had to do was refuse to rank Michigan. But they are cowards who lack integrity. They remind me of Roger Goodell.
