A&M has had some odd the toughest schedules in the country over the last decade. We were due for a break.

This is the flat out truth, Aggie has had the some of the toughest schedules in football going back 10 years and this year was supposed to be the fourth or fifth toughest schedule in the conference. It’s not our fault that certain teams aren’t doing well.

Odds are decent that even Utrans won’t even count as a ranked win if we are victorious

But if we do like them and only count preseason rankings, we will beat the number one team in the nation if we win that game on Thanksgiving

True and nobody except the idiotic OP understands this. What is being attacked is aggie hypocrisy. If the same happens to one of your rivals, you clowns are the first to make the same stupid statements as the loser OP.

Everyone has multiple games on their schedule they can lose.

There are no Saban Bamas or 2021-2023 Georgias in the conference this year.

If you take a look at the preseason ranking lists, you’ll see what the preseason perception was.

We have the schedule that they gave us. It is pretty much the same schedule we had last year. Crying about it now just makes youi look like a big pussy. But you be you.

Why is Uga afraid to come play A&M in College Station? You have managed to avoid it for 13 years.

Luck. Go back and look at where each were ranked preseason and it was thought to be a daunting schedule.

Turns out- a lot of teams suck this year and the Manning Hype was like Fyre Festival

That’s a reflection of how bad the preseason polls are. None of those teams are good. That’s not A&M’s fault, though.

It’s funny that these type of threads used to really trigger Ags in the past.

But after a decade plus, and getting shafted more than a few times, we don’t react the same way.

Exactly right.

It’s not A&M’s fault that what looked like a very difficult schedule turned out not be, and that those teams turned out to suck.

Your post seems to assume that this A&M team isn't good enough to make it to Atlanta even with a more difficult conference schedule. Not sure that is the case, but we shall see.

Also, no one in the SEC besides Bama has a win that matches A&M's in South Bend so far, but there will inevitably be a lot of chatter about some other more deserving playoff team if the Ags manage to go 10-2.

It is LSU at night. Missouri is the better team, but LSU will be the tougher game

Here’s how this works genius. When we lose these teams stay ranked because they beat a good A&M team and we fall out of the rankings. When we beat these teams they fall out of the rankings. They are only “bad teams” because we beat them. If they would have won, they would be considered good

So Miss St, UF, & Auburn were "good" until they played aTm???

You sound EXACTLY like Texas last year defending playing the teams in front of you, pot calling the kettle black I could find receipts out the arse of the same exact bullshite last year.

Welcome to actually being a winning team where other teams bitch and whine about your success and you just focus on winning

The significant difference is everyone knew before the season that Texas had a soft schedule with Kentucky, State, Vandy, and Arkansas who were all projected to suck and did suck except Vandy was better than expected but not great. OU, UF, and A&M were down as expected. So really the only contending team you were projected to play was Georgia who promptly kicked your arse at home.

Everyone that looked at A&M's schedule prior to the season basically said "A&M should be better but with that schedule they are kind of fricked. 3 Top 10's on the Road, a 3 game SEC Road trip, and 2 other T25's plus Missouri who should be ranked? Makes perfect sense A&M O/U was 7.5 wins". Instead A&M was much better than expected and the others weren't as good but still not pushovers. We aren't ending up with a lot of the very top teams but we are playing a lot of very tough teams that are capable of beating anyone. Even Arky has lost 4 games by 11 points and we ended up getting that weird game with a rain delay. In the end we just have found a way to keep winning and in truth the ND game was the only one that was truly in doubt late.

We still have 3 tough road games and we can't sleep on South Carolina, there just is no easy trip through the SEC this year.
