Texas didn't want to play us anymore because "we abandoned them".... A&M asked to keep the Turkey Day game.

FYI - A&M fans care a LOT about this game already. Always did. I remember when this game was an annual matchup at the beginning of the year during the 80s and 90s. So, I'm all for whatever you want to call the game... just as long as it remains a home and home and not moved to a neutral site.

As an OIF veteran I have to say I love the gulf war.
The aTm rivalry doesn't have to be this fake arse rivalry with some scrubs. aTm is going to be on our level in 5-10 years and this game is going to matter. The rivalry is renewed next year. I can't wait.
