weak schedule
Bama played 4 ranked teams (5 after Saturday #4, 10, 18, 19, 24)
UGA played 4 ranked teams (5 after Saturday, #1,9,10,15, 24)
ND played 3 ranked teams (7, 20, 21)
Clemson played 2 (19,20)
Your schedule was weakest of the Top 4 and it isn’t close.

i'd rather have Cuse and NCSU and DUke's QB over the LSU QB and MSU QB. lol
if you say SEC is better, that actually hurts your argument for Alabama b/c Clemson beat two SEC teams including Texas AM who did not lose at home to any SEC team. Meanwhile Bama beat the worst team in the ACC on a neutral field and Colorado State who was terrible too.

Nope. It's a good thing the committee has more than that to look at, then.
Thats what you dont get. Next weeks rank will be based on everything so far + the games this weekend. Thats the only additional metric to use in addition to this ranking.
About that additional metric, Northwestern isnt a much stronger opponent than Texas. Thats an issue you are choosing to ignore.

Bama drills Clemson by 3 td’s

how do you know Clemson and Alabam will play lol.
i think Clemson, ALabama, Okla, Ohio State, ND, and UGA could all win the title this year.
this is the best top 6 in playoff history in my view. best group of QBs. Should be fun.

The #5 passing offense in the country. Beat them 62-7
Clemson passing offense is 23rd.

This Tillman guy might actually be mentally handicapable, I feel bad.

Losing on a neutral site to me says they aren't the best team in the country, so them not being in wouldn't leave the "best team" out.
This is dumb. Even the best team, in any sport, is capable of losing a game on any given day. That’s the whole point of sports. Losing a close game at a neutral field to a very good team should not be enough to definitively tell you that they aren’t the best team, when the 12 other data points we have on them show they clearly are the best team. They are no better or worse a team, unless an injury occurs, win or lose against UGA - they just will have a better or worse record.

what data points? Their best win would be LSU and no good OOC wins.
why do fans of other SEC colleges lobby for Alabama to be in the playoffs if they lose to UGA> lol makes no sense.
P5 opponent OOC
Alabama - Louisville
Ohio State - TCU
Oklahoma - UCLA
UGA - GTech
Got to say Alabama had the weakest OOC of the 4. lol
UGA probably had the best one b/c they also played App State who was pretty good.

I see why you use OOC.
That in conference schedule for Clemson is a joke.

says a fan of a team who rarely plays a good pass offense in conference. lol the few times Bama has played a good pass offense in the SEC, it has lost many of them.
Alabama has beat LSU 8 times in a row. That's Alabama's best win this season if they don't beat UGA. lol

no way is LSU a top 10 team. their offense sucks and they gave up 40 plus points in overtime to texas am not exactly an offensive machine.
LSU's offense scored more points in OT than Clemson did overall. The only 2 teams that passed well on Clemson this year were 2 SEC teams. Be thankful for the ACC.

Beat the number 5 passing offense in the country. They're in conference.
Next weird excuse.

SC was down 28 points with 12 minutes left in the game. the passing yards and 2 TDs in garbage time are irrelevant. SC got beat by 21 even though Clemson had some big busts on defense. SC easily was the worst defense Clemson has played the last 3 years. lol
both Texas AM and SC had fluke catches on deflected balls. many of Mond's passes would have typically been intercepted by Clemson.
also keep in mind texas AM could not run on Clemson and they ran all over LSU. SC also struggled to run the ball on Clemson.

So why didnt all the other terrible ACC teams also have the same success? Because they are terrible ACC teams. Just an awful conference this year more than ever. Just like 2017, Clemson aint as good as the top 2 SEC teams.

I think Cuse, NCSU, BC (if QB and RB are healthy) and other ACC teams could beat LSU, Florida, Kentucky, Auburn, etc. I don't know what you are watching but I get the feeling you don't want anything but SEC network. lol
all of the conferences were down this year. UGA got blown out by a medicore LSU team.
