I didn’t say any rule should be eliminated. I said it needs to be quantified. As do the rules you mentioned.

Having a “you know it when you see” it rule is just asking for controversy. Every single week people here complain about pass interference calls and late hits. A lot of that is because nobody really can say exactly what it is because the rules don’t spell it out.

Pretty sure deceptive/hideout tactics are meant to deceive and hide out from the opponent, not the side judge. The SEC has already issued an oopsie on this.

It's bush league and illegal.
