EKU is technically in Richmond, which is not really "Eastern Kentucky", but they have campuses in Corbin and Hazard, which are firmly mountain Eastern Kentucky.
And Eastern Kentucky is firmly coal country.

Oh I'm not good at it at all. The Microsoft one seems to be the most diverse in creating things specifically to what you say.
