yep shame there's so many bowls now when 7 wins didn't even guarantee you a bowl bid back 10-15 years ago, and that's when there was only an 11 game schedule. when LSU played Notre Dame in 97, they were a top 15 team

At the end of the season last year was it Stoops who was talking about lower tier teams in the SEC like Ole Miss never beating anyone of significance, and said we didn't even make a bowl? Or was that Urban Meyer?

Will Alabama even be up for the game? I can see them having a LSU or Florida type bowl game where they attempt to sleepwalk through it.
