I will be surprised if Bama wins 8 conference games. Before the season I was expecting at least a 10-8 record but losing @ Vandy blew that. And to the OP I was pretty sure Bruce Pearl would do well at Auburn and I didn’t think it would take him this long. AU definitely appears to be the team to beat thus far.

Most people don’t realize how bad of a state our program was when he got here. Barbee left us with a handful of players and most weren’t very good. We had to rely on grad transfers and juco guys early.
