Not a good list IMO. There are certainly plays from the late 50s and 60s that would fit here, i'm just not old enough to know about them. Billy Cannons punt return against us should definitely be in there.
Immaculate deflection - yes
Maybe when Eli tripped against LSU or Nichols two missed FGs

If you want to talk recent, I would definitely include this one. As a young Alabama fan in the late 90's, this was the first win that I remember really getting excited about:

Shaun Alexander runs 25 yards on the first play in OT to beat #3 Florida in Gainesville (a week after losing to Louisiana Tech)

1) RUN LINDSAY! LINDSAY SCOTT LINDSAY SCOTT LINDSAY SCOTT

Herschel Walker over Bill Bates aka "My God a Freshman"

"We just stepped on their face with a hobnail boot and broke their nose"

David Pollack with that crazy interception thing in the endzone against USCe in 2002. yall know what im talking about, he just kinda stole the ball, pretty fricking cool.

i dunno about a 5th. i don't really know if this list is even that good. these are the first four plays i thought of and i dunno if they are "program defining" but they are probably the most famous. none of them are all that old and probably a fran tarkenton or sinkwich play fits in but nobody watches those.

ok ill add welcome to the fricking sec championship matt flynn pick six on his first pass as my 5th play just for the hell of it.

What no "wrong way Bo" from the Aubbies. That's the play that best defines their program.
