4th and 18: Corndogs fail math (so does the person who put the yellow line up)

Yellow line was on the LSU 41.

Ball was on the A&M 39.

39 + 11 = 50

50 - 7 = 43

The marker was at the LSU 43, not 41.

There’s double digit numbers.

I think we’re safe.

They’ll keep on.

It's even covered in the Baton Rouge Advocate. SEC network had the line wrong... part of that conspiracy against LSU I guess.

A quick look tells me they've gone somewhat less vocal on this one, which suggests a lot of them now realize this was a good call but aren't about to backtrack publicly. Short of arguing that he was down earlier, there's no real way to dispute the facts here and nobody is gonna call the markers to measure a full yard and a half past the mark.

The other one that is really dumb is the spike of the ball with 1 second left. The A&M receiver is flat on the ground with 4 seconds on the clock yet it goes down to 3. 3 is the minimum allowed to spike a ball stop the clock.

SEC network replay is frozen and zoomed in on the ball which has clearly hit the turf and the clock shows 1 second on it. Yet, LSU fans are claiming all kinds of dumb shite about it. Can't spike it with 3 seconds left. Ball hadn't hit the ground yet. It's almost as if they don't know or understand the rules and are blind.

Laughable.

Yep. They are seriously deranged. The entire narrative about getting jobbed by the refs has fallen apart.

What about the secondary giving up a 1st down on 4th and 18?

What about the secondary giving up a TD on last play from 18 yards out when everyone knew we had to throw to the endzone?

What about all the TDs we scored in the OTs?

What about giving up the last TD on 3rd and 14?

Ags defense came through and knocked down Burrows 2 point pass. Ags just made a few more plays down the stretch.

I've asked in multiple threads for someone to confirm with me about any particular ref call that has been verified to be wrong.
I've received no answers.
IMO, it appeared that the refs went out of the way to make sure the calls were correct, not figure out a way to make them be wrong.

What about the obvious false start?

What about the awful pass interference call?

The biggest call was when they didn’t initially call Mond down on the play with the interception. With no time outs and receivers 20 yards downfield A&M would have lost at least 10-15 seconds and probably not have had time to score

The false start was a false start. No idea how/why that was missed.

Watched ESPN sports center this morning and they discussed the PI call. Said it was legit. I never saw a good view of it from the back side.
